✔️ In its original packaging with all labels attached
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need to exchange an item? No problem! We accept exchanges as long as the product is new, unused, and in its original condition.
Return Shipping & Costs
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt for proof of shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Your refund will go back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.
